Rules & Regulation

1. Check-in 3PM, Check-out 12PM.
2. A deposit of RM100 will be charged upon checking-in for each unit. Deposit will be forfeited for any cancellation or postponement of booking dates.
3 .Maximum 6 person per unit. Additional guest up to 2 person only and will be charged RM30 each but no extra bed is provided.
4. To ensure safety and privacy, each unit will be given the front main gate’s key.
5. House guest will be held responsible for any damages or modification made to the furniture, electrical appliances and utensils.
6. House guest are advice to maintain decency and respect other tenants. To ensure a quiet and comfortable stay, loud noise and karaoke activity is not permitted in the unit.
7. Non-halal food, alcohol, durian, drugs are strictly prohibited.
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. Cooking or any ignition is not allowed in the unit.
10. House guest must take good care of their belongings. The Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
11. If any abandoned luggage or lost and found items are not claimed by the guest after a maximum storage period of 30 days, the Management reserves the right to dispose these items.
12. In case of violation of the above regulations or misconduct as deemed to cause others’inconveniences or discomfort, the Management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave.
13. The Management reserves the right to alter or amend the above rules and regulations without prior notice. For further enquiries, please contact the staff.
